Version 1.2.1: Hardcore settings and medication pushes. The Hardcore settings comparison explains each switch with it on and off. See incremental IV / IO pushes, default times and menu behavior, also linked from the affected medication cards. This update follows dev revision bc90fc7; other articles retain their cited review snapshots.
TBI update · B119: the head injury guide, related hemorrhage and oxygen guidance, debug fields, glossary and printable TBI chart now follow dev revision 98d18bb, reviewed 14 September 2026. This separates acute burden from structural history and adds autoregulation and autonomic effects. In-engine physiology and multiplayer staging of this patch remain pending.
Medication, cardiac rhythm, oxygen delivery and Flight Physiology references, the bleeding graphs, infusion list and relevant device controls were checked against the current fork on 13 September 2026. IV access, fluid volume and descriptor references were checked at the preceding reviewed revision. Detailed references include source links.
The earlier 14 September review covered head injury, obtundation, blast exposure, airway and ventilator mechanics, accessibility options and selected Zeus behavior against source revision 4848f63. The other references retain their cited snapshots. Mission settings and later mod revisions can change the behavior.
