Medical menu
Treatment groups, alignment and display preferences.
Expand treatments in place
Under Addon Options > ACM Extended: Accessibility > Options, enable Group medical menu into dropdowns. Select a heading to reveal its actions inside the same list. Select it again to collapse the group.
Available groups include Airway, Breathing, Chest, Positioning, Capnography, AED and Debug. Head medications use PO / IN / BUC or By Mouth / Inhaled / Buccal, depending on [HARDCORE] Clinical Descriptors. Available actions still depend on equipment, patient state and required training.
Choose colors and alignment

Use separate colors for medical menu sections | Off by default: headings are cream. Enable it for a distinct color per group. Expanded headings retain their brightness. |
Left align medical menu | Applies to the flat list. Grouped treatment lists use left alignment so heading indentation remains readable. |
Group medical menu into dropdowns | Turn off to restore a flat list and your selected alignment. |
Colorblind mode / Colorblind correction strength | Adjust colored procedural cues to suit your vision. |
These are personal display preferences. They do not alter medication doses, treatment success or rhythm outcomes.
Diagnostic display
Enable Addon Options > ACM Extended: Debug > Overlay > Debug menu when testing a scenario. Use the display to compare medication delivery and patient state with the examinations available during normal play.
